SHELLY M.S. CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech Language Pathologist
Shelly is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication Sciences & Disorders from West Chester University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Salus University.
Shelly has worked with children across multiple settings, including clinic-based therapy, school-based services, and a PPEC program supporting medically complex children. She loves partnering with families to build communication skills that are functional and confidence-building. Shelly has a special interest in supporting gestalt language processors, AAC users, speech sound disorders, and Childhood Apraxia of Speech through motivating, relationship-based sessions that keep the child’s voice and autonomy at the center.
Shelly believes children thrive when therapy is rooted in trust, joy, and authentic connection. She prioritizes meeting each child where they are, following their lead, and creating a space where they feel safe, understood, and excited to communicate. She’s also highly collaborative and values working closely with caregivers, teachers, and a child’s broader team to support consistent strategies across environments.
Outside of work, Shelly enjoys playing pickleball, taking workout classes, going on walks with her dog Jessie, and spending time with friends.
Nikol is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Communication Sciences & Disorders from West Chester University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Salus University.
Nikol has supported children in a range of pediatric settings, including outpatient clinic services, school-based therapy, and a PPEC environment serving medically complex children. She has experience addressing a broad spectrum of communication and feeding needs and values how individualized each child’s therapy journey can be. While she enjoys working with many profiles, Nikol is especially passionate about Childhood Apraxia of Speech, gestalt language processing, AAC, stuttering, and pediatric feeding challenges using play-based, responsive, and evidence-informed approaches.
Nikol’s goal is to help children communicate in ways that feel natural, empowering, and meaningful in everyday life. She places a strong emphasis on caregiver coaching and practical education so families feel confident supporting progress between sessions. She also enjoys collaboration with other professionals and frequently shares strategies and training to promote carryover across home, school, and community environments.
Outside of work, Nikol enjoys staying active, cooking, reading, and spending time at the beach.
NIKOL M.S. CCC-SLP
Owner, Speech Language Pathologist
Ginny is a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience supporting children and families across a wide range of needs. Her clinical background includes pediatric feeding, language development, articulation, and AAC. She is SOFFI- and AEIOU-certified, with hands-on NICU experience as well as experience working in one of the nation’s leading children’s hospitals.
Ginny has a strong passion for child-led therapy and believes the best progress happens when children feel safe, empowered, and genuinely excited to participate. She strives to meet each child where they are, honoring their strengths, interests, and communication style while partnering closely with families every step of the way.
Outside of therapy, Ginny enjoys getting creative with ceramics and painting, staying active through basketball and weight lifting, and finding new ways to recharge so she can bring her best self to the children she serves. Pediatric speech therapy isn’t just her career—it’s what she truly loves, and she feels incredibly grateful to do this work every day.

Speech Language Pathologist
Kristin is a Speech-Language Pathologist with experience providing services across a variety of settings, including schools, clinics, and home-based environments. She has worked with children of all ages and values tailoring therapy to meet each child’s unique needs within their natural routines and daily environments.
Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Tennessee Tech University before pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. She later completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at New York University. Prior to becoming an SLP, Kristin worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for two and a half years, where she discovered her passion for speech and language therapy and supporting children’s communication development.
Kristin is passionate about helping individuals find their voice, build confidence, and feel supported in a safe and encouraging environment. Her specialty areas include pediatrics, social communication, language development, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She is dedicated to empowering children to communicate in ways that are meaningful to them while creating a space where they feel heard, valued, and confident.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, attending concerts and sporting events, working out, being with family and friends, and expressing her creativity through painting.
KRISTIN M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Savanah is a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with Connected Hearts. She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and completed a post-baccalaureate program in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Florida State University.
Savanah has experience working in both private practice and public school settings. She enjoys working with children of all ages and incorporates play-based, engaging therapy to support meaningful communication development. She has a special passion for working with autistic children and values supporting each child’s unique communication style. She believes in meeting children exactly where they are and building communication through connection, trust, and shared joy. Savanah is especially committed to building strong connections and creating supportive, engaging environments where children feel understood and empowered to communicate.
Outside of work, Savanah enjoys surfing, cooking, and spending time at the beach.
SAVANAH B.S. SLPA
Speech Language Pathology Assistant
Brooke has experience treating a broad range of pediatric clients with diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Down Syndrome, and Learning Disabilities, among others. She utilizes an individualized, family-centered approach with a goal of maximizing the child’s skills to achieve improved performance in their daily life activities.
Brooke completed her undergraduate and doctoral studies at the University of Florida, where she earned her dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy. Brooke is trained in administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS-2) and is an active member of professional organizations, such as the American Occupational Therapy Association and Florida Occupational Therapy Association. She has presented posters and lectures at state and local conferences, taught interdisciplinary continuing education courses, and led journal clubs analyzing evidenced-based interventions from peer-reviewed articles. In 2024, she became an adjunct professor for the entry-level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys taking reformer pilates classes, sitting by the pool, and spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid cruiser and concertgoer. Brooke looks forward to getting to know your family and helping your child succeed!
