Do you offer teletherapy?

Yes — teletherapy is available for families throughout Florida when appropriate for the child’s needs.

Families may submit Superbills to their insurance carriers to attempt reimbursement.

If you have questions about Superbills, our admin team is happy to help.

Families may also ask about potential qualification for the Step Up for Students (Unique Abilities) Scholarship, and we can help guide you through the process.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit via our secure payment system, IVY

  • Step Up For Students Scholarship (for qualified families)

What is your cancellation policy?

Late Cancellation/No Show Policy:

  1. First Late Cancel/No Show: A warning will be issued.

  2. Second Late Cancel/No Show: A second warning will be issued.

  3. Third Late Cancel/No Show: The child will be discharged from that therapy type, and possibly the practice.

  4. Fee Policy: After the first warning, a fee equal to 50% of the session cost will be charged for any late cancellation (made less than 6 hours prior) or no-show, unless due to a documented medical reason.

Punctuality:
In a three-month period, if a family is more than 15 minutes late three times, does not attend three appointments, or cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice three times (without a doctor’s note), the child may be subject to discharge.

If you arrive late, the session will not be extended, and the full cost still applies.
